Signal #1589

Due to the blizzard, we lost a phase in our building and it affected most of the apartments but my apartment is the most one affected, I have no lights, no heating and no hot water, only a couple of plugs working. It’s getting cold at night, my kids can’t sleep peacefully and I really hate the cold weather. Can’t do laundry, dishes, even preparing food, food in the fridge is going bad. We had an electrician and he checked and confirmed that it’s going to be Con-Ed’s problem. I reported the issue as an emergency and ConEd is not updating it. I keep calling them 5 times a day without any progress. It’s been 40 hours now. Does anyone have any idea how to make them move faster?
