Queens Collaborative [Art + Community]: Studio Memberships; Community Meeting; Studio Warming
Hey neighbors - local creative community clubhouse Queens Collaborative has a lot going on and we want you to be aware and get involved! Be a Studio Mate at The Collaboratory We recently launched new spots for our Studio Membership which includes access to the building and our ✨shiny new studio, lovingly referred to as The Collaboratory.✨ The Collaboratory currently supports approximately ten working artists and creatives with low-cost shared desk and studio space. We recently moved into a larger studio, and are now able to offer space to additional studio mates (that’s you!) at a variety of rates. This space is best suited as a craft + creation space, less as a coworking/out of home office-type share. The studio is available for full shared use when classes are not in session—most consistently weekdays before 5PM or after 9PM, weekend mornings and evenings. During classes, we can accommodate a limited number of members in our lounge areas. More info available here. Applications are open through February 25 This Sunday, Tap into the creative community at our upcoming All Hands + Open House [Register to let us know you're coming - free!] This weekend we're hosting an open community meeting (in person and online) this Sunday from 12pm-1:30pm. This is an opportunity to pull the curtain back on all things QNSC and invite folks to get in the mix of supporting the Org. At our All Hands Meeting, we’ll be chatting about: What we did in 2025 (including a review of the $$) What projects are happening in 2026 and how to get involved Your ideas and dreams for creative projects in Queens Answering your questions about hosting events, studio membership, and more! After our meeting wraps up, we’ll be sticking around for a Studio Warming Party to celebrate Queens Collaborative’s 5th (!!) Birthday and our first month in our new home from 2pm-5pm… Collaborative crafting Snacks and N/A bevies Free art supplies Meet other creative folks! For the All Hands and Open House: M
