Hi Astorians! Astoria Love is approaching it's 6 month anniversary and March has lots of great (FREE!) events for everyone to enjoy. Here are just SOME of the hits this month. As always they have open laundry, cooking, internet/printing services, as well as their free boutique every day they're open. Wednesday March 12th @ 4pm - Women's Circle - a supportive, community focused group to share and uplift each other. Saturday March 14h @ @ 3pm - Music with Dr. M. Enjoy a kid-friendly music session led by a licensed psychologist! Tuesday March 17th @ 4pm - Dad & Me. Have fun, meet other kids and dads, and enjoy some community time! Friday March 20th @ 5:30pm - Community Table Talk. Come have dinner, connect with your neighbors, and share goals and concerns you have for our neighborhood. This monthly group will be a conduit to connect community plans with elected officials, CB1, local businesses and schools, and the 114th Community Council. Thursday March 26th ALL DAY - Open Thrift Day! Come in any time through the day as they turn the entire place into a FREE thrift! They have so many great pieces for every age, so bring a friend and indulge in the fun of thrifting.
